Store Policies

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).


Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 10 - 14 day delivery time.  Back-ordered items will take longer. We will automatically back-order and ship. You will be notified of back-ordered items via email when your other items have shipped. If you do not wish to have your item back-ordered, you must respond to your shipping notification email and let us know.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using UPS Ground Service where possible. Air services are available at a higher Shipping and Handling cost. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.


Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. All items are shipped insured for your protection. If you notice damage to any box in your delivery or if you notice hidden damage after the driver has left, write a description of the damage on the trucking bill if applicable and call the freight carrier imediately. Remember to keep all the damaged merchandise in the original shipping carton(s) for the freight carrier. After speeking to the freight company, email us imediately and we will try to help. If we recover the cost for you from the carrier, we wll ship you a new item at no charge or refund you the amount of the damaged item and shipping costs for that item.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email us for instructions.

Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions.

If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. All items returned to us will be inspected by us. We will determine damage. If damage is indeed due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the item free of charge or refund you your cost.

Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to returns@bargain-bin.net with your name and the word "RETURN" in the subject field. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

 

All returns other then those for damaged or different then ordered product are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges.

 

Return your item in the original packaging with all manuals, instructional materials, and tags attached.

 

Send a copy of your original packing slip with your RA# clearly written on it and the item you are returning circled inside the carton with the item.

 

No motorcycle seats of any kind may be returned once the have been fitted onto a motorcycle. These process usually leaves some type of scaring on the underside of the seat and renders it used and we can not resell a used product. Be very careful selecting a seat and trying it on your motorcycle.


We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.


To return an item because of improper fit, follow the instructions above by contacting us first.  We will accept the return with no restocking fee if you allow us to provide you with the proper size needed or with another item of your choosing equal or greater price.  You will have to make up the difference in any price.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Product Substitutions:  We reserve the right to sustitute like products of equal or greater value from other maufacturers then what may be listed on our site. Some distributors carry the same product we have listed but under a different label.
